Co-Founder of Coral & Dialogue

“How You Lead When It Matters Most…”

Anna Chif is a serial entrepreneur and one of the few women in Canada to have built a company that went public. She co-founded Dialogue, Canada’s largest telemedicine provider, which IPO’d in 2021.

She then co-founded Coral, a leading Canadian virtual healthcare platform dedicated to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health, where she serves as Executive Chair of the Board. Coral integrates medical expertise with root-cause diagnostics, personalized treatment plans, and health coaching to help women manage menopause symptoms, address metabolic changes, and reduce long-term health risks. Anna is dedicated to closing the gap in women’s health in Canada and beyond.

Beyond her commercial success, Anna is deeply committed to systemic health leadership and social impact. She started a non-for-profit organization called 4Ukraine.ca, which with partners such as Air Transat and Porter, helped over 2,500 Ukrainians who fled the Russia-Ukraine war safely relocate to Canada, and helped another 2,000 Ukrainians rework their resumes to find work.

Allison Hazell

Head of Clinical Innovation, Medcan

Allison Hazell is Head of Clinical Innovation at Medcan and a clinical leader specializing in genomics. She focuses on advancing evidence-based innovation and Medcan’s precision health strategy, most recently leading the launch of the Galleri multi-cancer early detection program. Allison is a coinvestigator on the Personal Genome Project Canada and Past President of the Canadian Association of Genetic Counsellors. She holds a Master’s in Human Genetics and has led nationally recognized programs in whole genome sequencing and proactive screening at Medcan.
