As a business strategist and business development advisor, Kim shifted to working with CEOs and executives who decided to leave the corporate world to build thriving independent consulting/advisory practices. This was her focus in her private coaching practice, as well as a senior consultant with LHH Knightsbridge and The Talent Company human capital firms.  

Kim has advised and coached over 2000 CEOs and executives and has built a deep and powerful network including ‘top of their game’ A-list Advisors with deep corporate experience. 

As Founder and Chief Advisor at CEO Performance Advisors, Kim partners with mid-market CEOs to identify and solve key challenges and connects them her vetted roster of vetted A-list advisors to deliver hard business results.
