After years advising Fortune 1000 leaders and teams at organizations including BMO, Manulife, Sun Life, and 40+ others, Kim shifted her focus to supporting senior executives leaving corporate roles to build independent practices and firms. Through her private coaching practice and senior consulting roles with LHH Knightsbridge and The Talent Company, she became known for helping experts turn deep experience into clear positioning, strong business development, and sustainable growth.

Kim has also led six peer groups, including with MacKay CEO Forums and ROOM Women’s Network, giving her deep insight into what makes peer communities powerful, trusted, and commercially valuable.
